Is this legal? What about customs?
Yes — importing goods for personal use or small-scale resale is fully legal across the EU. We declare every shipment honestly, pay VAT and import duties in your name, and hand you the paperwork.
What if the product arrives broken or wrong?
We photo-inspect every unit before it leaves China, so 95% of issues are caught upstream. If something is still wrong on arrival, we reship or refund at our cost within 14 days.
Do I need a business or VAT number?
